Do you make everything in your shop?

Yes, all my items are made by me or one of my two part-time employees who help me. We make all our products in our workshop in Cartersville, GA. I do all the design work for any custom order or for new designs.

How do you make your signs?

All of my signs are made on either our CNC Routers or our CNC Laser Cutter. For a few signs I make I actually use both machines. DIY kits are then packaged and ready to ship or pick up. Painted signs will be painted with either some or all of the following: Behr Premium Plus Exterior Paint, acrylic craft paint, and Rustoleum or Behr spray paint.

Do you offer local pick up?

Yes! If you are local to Cartersville, GA you can pick up from our workshop located next to our home. Until we have a covered area built on to our workshop, pickup will be on (or around) the large black order bucket on the front porch of our home. Please be aware that pick up is typically Mon-Fri 10am-6pm. However, you can pick up on the weekends or after hours, just send me a message and let me know. Pick up is an option on the checkout the page. I love my local customers!

Do you have a retail store?

No, I do not have a dedicated Julie’s Woodcrafts retail store. However, I do rent booth space at a few local antique and home & décor stores. You can find lots of my items for immediate purchase there.

How do you ship?

Typically I ship Priority Mail through USPS. On occasion I will ship with UPS when it is a better deal, this tends to be the case for oversized signs or for signs going very far away. All packages will have tracking info.

Can I order an item that is a different size than listed on product listing?

Yes, typically we can do all designs smaller or larger. Just contact me by email and ask.

 

Do you do custom orders?
Yes, I do many custom orders. I can’t guarantee that I will be able to make your custom order but please send me an email and ask. It can’t hurt to ask right?!?!
